This Privacy Policy explains how TSUGAS ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with the AI PhotoSieve application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have full control over your personal data.

Core Privacy Principle: AI PhotoSieve performs its core photo analysis and organization algorithms locally on your device. We do not upload your personal photos to our servers for processing.

1. Access to Your Photo Library

To provide its core functionality—scanning for duplicates, sorting similar photos, and cleaning up your library—AI PhotoSieve requires access to your Apple Photos library.

Read Access: Used to analyze photo metadata (like date, size) and visual content to identify duplicates and blurry images.
Write Access: Used only when you explicitly confirm an action to delete unwanted photos or organize albums.

You have full control over this access and can manage it in your device settings at any time.

2. Data Processing and Storage

On-Device Processing: All analysis, including duplicate detection and "Best Shot" identification, is performed locally on your device using Apple's native APIs and our proprietary local algorithms. Your photos do not leave your device for this analysis.
No Cloud Uploads: We do not store, host, or view your photos on our servers.
Cache Data: The app may create temporary local cache files (thumbnails) to improve performance. These remain on your device and can be cleared by the system.

3. App Analytics and Diagnostics

To improve app stability and performance, we use standard third-party services like Google Firebase or Apple’s proprietary crash reporting tools.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about how features are used (e.g., "Duplicate Finder used 5 times"). This does not include any personal content.
Crash Reports: If the app crashes, an anonymous report containing technical details (device type, OS version, stack trace) is sent to us to help fix the bug.

4. Third-Party Services

If you choose to use optional cloud backup features integrated with services like iCloud, Google Photos, or Dropbox, the handling of your data will be subject to the privacy policies of those respective providers.

5. Your Rights and Control

You can revoke the app's access to your photos at any time:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > AI PhotoSieve

Upon deleting the app, all local data and settings associated with AI PhotoSieve are removed from your device.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
